These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Summit Flow Studio website and the web development services we provide. Summit Flow Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is an independent web development studio based in Dallas, Texas. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Summit Flow Studio provides website design, development, and related services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement will be agreed in a separate proposal, quote, or written agreement. Those project-specific terms take precedence where they differ from these general Terms.

Quotes, Payment & Fees

Project quotes are based on the scope discussed at the time. Changes to scope may affect pricing and timelines. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due on the terms stated in your proposal. Work may be paused if invoices remain unpaid.

Client Responsibilities

To deliver your project on time, we rely on you to provide the content, materials, access, and feedback we need in a timely manner. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you supply—text, images, logos, or other assets—is accurate and that you have the right to use it.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final, custom deliverables we create for your project transfers to you, unless stated otherwise in your agreement. We retain the right to reuse general techniques, code libraries, and know-how, and to display the completed work in our portfolio. Any third-party tools, fonts, plugins, or assets remain subject to their own licenses.

Revisions & Acceptance

Each engagement includes the number of review rounds set out in your proposal. Additional revisions or work beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately. Deliverables are considered accepted once approved or after a reasonable review period has passed without feedback.

Warranties & Liability

We take pride in our work and aim to deliver it with care and professionalism. However, our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summit Flow Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the work in question.

Third-Party Services

Your website may rely on third-party services such as hosting, domains, plugins, or APIs. These are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, performance, or changes.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement with written notice as described in the relevant proposal. If a project is cancelled, you remain responsible for payment for work completed up to that point.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated Terms.
